Welcome to Nova Voice Assistant ("Nova" or the "Service"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Nova. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nova is designed to work with voice commands only. By using Nova, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any way that may harm or damage the Service, or interfere with its proper functioning.
Nova does not require users to create an account or provide any personal information. The Service can be used by anyone with a device compatible with Nova.
The Service, including all software, graphics, images, videos, music, and other content, is owned by What If Projects, Inc. ("What If") and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or information obtained from the Service without the prior written consent of What If.
You understand and agree that the use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. What If shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless What If and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
What If may modify these Terms from time to time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
What If may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and What If with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and What If.
